Real Wedding Description

Heather and Gary’s Kukua destination wedding was full of loving emotions, easygoing and beautiful, just as they dreamt it would be! It’s weddings like theirs that had my heart swelling with love and my eyes fill with tears (even after 15 years of doing photography and videography!).

At our beloved Kukua Beach Club everybody knew that the decoration would be breathtaking, but Mayte outdid herself again. Our photos below don’t do it justice to rustic-elegance that was created this time. The ceremony was held in the covered Palapa on the beach, with the perfect sea, sand and sky in the background. After the ceremony the sky filled with a beautiful gradient of blue and purple for their sunset photo session, which was beyond incredible.

But their wedding memories didn’t stop there! We also had the pleasure of doing their Trash the Dress photo shoot at our famous Punta Cana Macao beach. The intimate and wonderful moments captured there were some of our favorites ♥.

Both the bride and groom come from big families so it was no surprise to see how loved they were by the large group that attended. Every guest was a fabulous reflection of how amazing Heather and Gary are, as each person left us with a special memory that still have us smiling!
