Photographer FAQ

What is the ISPWP?

The International Society of Professional Wedding Photographers is an organization of the best wedding photographers in the world. Every photographer you find on this site has amazing talents but varies in photographic styling. We welcome Photojournalists, Traditionalists, Neo-Romanticists, Fashion-Inspired, Fine Art Cinematic style, or whatever label you give yourself. Labels aside all our members share a few common traits; all are experienced professional photographers with a high level of integrity and ethics.

Our standards as the premier wedding site for the best photographic talent in the world are high. You cannot simply buy a listing on the ISPWP, or be referred by a friend to be added. Our vetting process involves a peer review of your work and your website by some of the world’s most respected photographers in their field. Each and every member on the ISPWP are one of the top photographers for their geographical area. All members are held to the highest standards of excellence in photography as well as in their business practices.
