Real Wedding Description

Lauren and Tom's wedding took place over the Independence Day holiday weekend at the historic Omni Bedford Springs Resort. Bedford Springs is nestled in the Allegheny mountains in Western Pennsylvania. It's a special place for the couple so it seemed a natural choice for them to hold their wedding.

Lauren was dressed in a lovely empire-waisted gown with straps and a lace top. The bridesmaids were in light pink dresses while the groom and his guys wore blue suits with pink ties.

The ceremony was held outside on the lawn by the spa with decorations that fit the Fourth of July theme. Afterwards, the guests joined the couple in the Colonnade Ballroom where the tables continued in the blue and pink theme. Filled champagne flutes with tags directed guests to their tables. The couple observed that most excellent Western Pennsylvania wedding tradition by having a table heaped with plates of cookies!
