Every once is a while a couple moves us further than we think we can be moved.  When we first met Annie & Sara gay marriage was not recognized in Arizona.  They hoped it someday would be, but they planned to celebrate their love no matter what.  Their love is an inspiration to us.  It defines what finding the right person does to your soul.  It removes barriers and it shines brightly.  At the ceremony  the officiant spoke about the significance of the day and that gay marriage is finally recognized and celebrated in Arizona.  It hit us hard to think about how lucky we were to be a part of this moment with them.  The officiant then quoted us and our engagement blog post wording, and we had to stop shooting because we were so full of tears.  But as I sit here and write this out, I reflect back to those words, and I don’t think we can say it any better.  “Annie & Sara are an inspiration to love.  When they are together, there is no race, no gender, no physical limitation.  There is only love.  Love to the core; to the soul.  They embody everything we would teach our kids about how to love someone.  It’s beautiful.” – Ben & Kelly
