Real Wedding Description

The wedding of Mariko and Johan took place in Leuven, Belgium. They married at the Sint-Jan-De-Doperkerk and had their reception and celebration at the close by Begijnhof Hotel. The Grand Béguinage of Leuven, or in Dutch Groot Begijnhof van Leuven is a well preserved historical quarter of Leuven. Having many guests from all around the world – especially from Japan as Mariko is Japanese they choose for this beautiful location with a Hotel. The rainy day kept us inside the historic location for their wedding portraits which created a real classic look that fitted their own style. Despite the rain it was a beautiful international wedding with a stunning Japanese bride and a very proud Belgian groom. For me it was a wedding photographer honour and joy to be part of this cultural wedding in Leuven.
