Elin and Joe celebrated their Boston Hampshire House wedding and it was captured by Boston's best wedding photographer, Nicole Chan. From bonding over music to a one-of-a-kind manga book proposal (yes, really!), their journey had been full of heart, thoughtfulness, and personal touches. Their wedding day echoed all of that, with woodland-inspired décor, lush greenery, and seasonal details that felt completely true to them.

The setting was a dreamy library venue, complete with a grand staircase and towering bookcases—perfect for two people who appreciate stories in every form. It was the kind of place where vows felt extra sacred, and the kind of backdrop that made those fireplace-mantle-worthy photo memories even more magical.

They kept the celebration intimate and meaningful, with heartfelt toasts from a groomsman and two of Elin’s close friends. For photography, they wanted a relaxed approach—natural, comfortable portraits mixed with candid, joyful moments. Nicole Chan, a Boston wedding photographer, was a perfect fit. Her team were also the Boston wedding videographers. 

One of the most special parts of the morning was a meaningful tea ceremony on the third floor—a beautiful tradition that set the tone for a day rooted in love, respect, and connection.
