Q:
How did you get your start and why did you chose wedding photography as a career?
Ans:
Entrepreneurship starts with spending money on equipment. I chose wedding photography because when I was an assistant, seeing the sweet moments between the couple filled my heart.
All because of love.
Q:
How has your extensive experience in wedding photography helped you in difficult circumstances on a wedding day?
Tell us about some of the more unique weddings you've shot.
Ans:
Two sisters held a wedding together. The two sisters were married to different people, but they held their wedding ceremony on the same day. In Taiwan, this situation is not common.
Q:
What are some of your favorite local venues?
Ans:
As long as the wedding venue is held outdoors, I like it. Because most of the wedding venues in Taiwan are indoors. However, the indoor lighting is very poor, and a lot of artificial light sources are used. These light sources can make the color of the photo look weird.
Q:
What advice would you give a bride who is looking for a wedding photographer?
Ans:
Please the bride must go to the photographer's blog or online community account to see his work.
Q:
What's your favorite part of the wedding day to photograph?
Ans:
I really like taking pictures of people interacting with each other. Because such pictures usually have emotions, it is easier to make the picture more exciting.
Q:
What kinds of weddings do you love to photograph?
Ans:
I like to shoot without too much formalized process, everyone is very relaxed and comfortable to participate in the wedding. Show natural emotions at the right time.
Q:
What are your top tips for brides to help them get great photos on their wedding day?
Ans:
I will fully communicate with the bride before the wedding, whether it is the process or the picture I want to shoot or the picture the bride wants to be photographed, I will keep confirming repeatedly until everyone is satisfied.
Q:
How important is it to hire an experienced wedding photographer?
Ans:
Experienced photographers will give appropriate advice before the wedding, will take professional pictures on the wedding day, and will deliver the documents quickly and without mistakes after the wedding.
Q:
What do you find is the biggest challenge in wedding photography?
Ans:
I think the biggest challenge is to shoot weddings for several days in a row, which is really a big challenge for both physical and mental strength.
Q:
What do you do for fun when you're not shooting weddings?
Ans:
I love doing street photography when I'm not shooting weddings. Although street photography still puts the spirit in a tense state, the objects are different, which also helps to relax on another level of the spirit.
Q:
How would you describe your style of photography?
Ans:
The photography style is natural and relaxed, full of emotional pictures.
Q:
Do you offer albums? If so, describe the albums you offer and why you think it's important to provide albums.
Ans:
I will provide the album for the bride's reference. The importance of the album is that it can give the viewer an understanding of the photographer's style, what aspects the photographer likes to shoot, what angle the photographer likes to shoot from, and other related information.
Q:
How would you describe the current state of the wedding photography industry, and where do you think wedding photography is headed in the years to come?
Ans:
Because the number of people getting married will directly affect the business of wedding photography. So in the days to come, wedding photography must not only focus on the wedding, but can only develop in any aspect.
Q:
What's the best photography-related advice you've been given?
Ans:
Shoot more, watch more, think more. There is no absolute right and no absolute wrong in photography.
Q:
What future plans do you have for your business for the next year?
Ans:
My goal next year is to do wedding photography abroad.
Q:
What is the biggest challenge facing wedding photographers today?
Ans:
I think the biggest challenge is that there are fewer and fewer people photographing weddings. Because in Taiwan, the structure of the population is moving towards aging.
