How to Resize an Image and Save for Web

In this tutorial you will learn how to resize a large image for an ISPWP Contest. You will reduce the long side (either horizontal or vertical) to 720 pixels and save the image for the web at a file size less than 125kb. This tutorial is presented in Photoshop CS2, but the steps should translate fairly well to other Photoshop versions.
