In case you were wondering: “RO” is from my dad, Ron; “MI” from my mom, Mi-Kyung; “N” from dad again. ROMIN. I live in Seoul with my beautiful wife and our two young boys, Justin, 3, and Joel, nearly 1. I’ve been shooting weddings for 5 years. In that time, I’ve had the privilege of documenting over 100 weddings and celebrations, from NYC to the Bay Area, the Outer Banks to Seattle and now finally Seoul.
My background is in documentary photography and film, so naturally this is my approach when shooting a wedding or an assignment. I’m more interested in capturing your story as it unfolds without a heavy hand — with humility and reverence, but also with sophistication and flair.
