The wedding of Patricia and Emilio was undoubtedly a unique wedding for me! It was the first time in my career as a professional wedding photographer that a bride told me (finally): “I love your work, you have all the freedom in the world to do whatever you want, I love your black and white and I want all the reportage like that.”
Can you imagine? Normally there is almost always a but to your style and you have to be careful not to get out of the way too much so the couple can be happy with the finished album. But this time, I had total freedom in all my movements and as you can imagine my creativity tripled, finding no barriers between my vision and what the couple wanted.
Patricia is Brazilian, elegant and classy, she works in the world of fashion. Emilio is Spanish, attractive, a little shy and a business man. They met in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. For Emilio it was not easy to win the heart of Patricia, but it was clear from the first moment he saw her and he did not give up until she said yes to his marriage proposal.
Only a week ago they moved to Galicia, where it was going to be his future residence, and where the wedding was held. They chose a magical place for their wedding ceremony, The Monastery of San Miguel de Xagoaza. An intimate ceremony in an ancient place and full of art.
The reception was held at the charming Hotel Pazo do Castro. One piece of advice to all the future couples, if you love your wedding photographer´s work then trust them, let them create with freedom and you will be impressed with the final results just by getting them to feel valued and totally free to tell your story.

Merecidisimo Susana, en esta sociedad estamos acostumbrados a galardonar y premiar a grades fotógrafos extranjeros, que los hay, pero creo que es hora de ver el producto nacional por que últimamente no dejáis de sorprender a niveles internacionales, España ademas de ser grande en deportes, tiene otras ramas de personas llenas de talento que se merecen ser reconocidas como tal, y tu estas entre esas personas que tienen luz propia y nombre en Mayúsculas, por ello los que te conocemos nos sentimos orgullosos de estos reconocimientos que son el aliento necesario y la fuerza a tan brillante labor en el sector wedding.
