|Description: Once upon a time…Tracey Taylor + Dee Green are the creative force behind 37 Frames Photography. With a love of Japan, the Australian duo have been based in Tokyo some 15 years. And they simply love telling LOVE stories. As a female team they offer a unique approach to photographing life’s most beautiful stories, specializing in Wedding and Contemporary Portraits in Japan & Worldwide. Their ability to connect and capture real emotion coupled with their signature color and light is truly special and identifiable, making them sought after wedding photojournalists and fine artists.
A powerfully creative storytelling process is Dee + Trace’s preferred canvas. Their talents collide to produce narratives, tempered with light, emotion, abundant energy and an inspired vision. It is as much about the story, the photography and the experience and they love nothing more than to connect with their fabulous clients and make each moment count.
And yes, having a great time is a given. There will be a lot of laughter & joy and plenty of onlyinjapanmoments.
As women they have an eye for detail, as well as the big picture. Classic & timeless meets modern emotion, with a touch of fashion flair. But most importantly and uniquely all their clients experience the sensation of 2 points of view, 2 angles from a dove-tailing team. The focus on the moments between the moments.
Under the guidance and mentorship of some of the world’s leading photographers Trace + Dee are forging their own brand of unforgettable photography in Japan. Going their own way. Passionately.
The challenge of running a successful business in a foreign country, is something out of the ordinary, and not lost on them at all. They embrace it everyday and all that comes with it…and love to shake things up. Educating clients on the importance of investing in professional photography is paramount. It has never been more relevant to tell stories and create legacies. And for wedding clients, especially the Japanese market, making them aware that they have a choice and can say NO to outdated, poorly shot and executed snapshot albums and set-plans is imperative. With Trace and Dee say YES to exquisite quality, an exclusive story, total client dedication and a sincere love of what they do. It is infectious.
Trace & Dee’s current clientele includes a broad mix of Japanese & International couples, families, and simply incredible people from all over the world. From Ambassadors, to ex-pats, heads of companies, an Olympian or two, they have worked with major banks, a variety of well-known charities and even Facebook.
