Description: South African born Claire Morgan studied photography at Spéos Photographic Institute in Paris, France in 2002. Working mainly with black & white traditional film and developing her own pictures, she gradually moved towards the digital medium and now uses it as her principal means of creative expression.
Claire’s work is all about emotional expression. With a unique and truly emotional style, Claire is often in demand by those seeking someone who expresses true art in their work. She has the ability to quietly capture the moments and emotions while you celebrate and enjoy your special day.
Having lived in 4 countries and being fluent in 3 languages, Claire covers weddings all across Europe and beyond, including New York, Dubai and South Africa.

International Photography Awards 2009 :
Honorable Mention in the People/Wedding Category.
Spring 2009:
Claire was featured in the 50th Anniversary issue of Practical Photography Magazine UK. After winning Photographer of the Year in 2005, she was interviewed to see how her career has progressed since.
International Photography Awards 2008:
Claire was awarded 1st place in the People/Wedding category for her entry, “Balloons” at the IPA Photographer of the Year awards in New York. Claire will receive a full page feature of her winning submission in the annual IPA book.
Spring 2008:
The New School of Wedding Photography Contest by PDN (Photo District News) USA. Claire’s image was the winning image for the best of category ‘Ceremonies’.
International Photography Awards 2007:
Claire was awarded Honorable Mention for her series ‘Naked soul’ in the category: Fine Art – Nudes at the International Photography Awards (IPA).
International Photography Awards 2006:
Claire was awarded Honorable Mention for the category: Nature – Seasons and Fine Art – Portraits at the International Photography Awards (IPA) in 2006.
Photographer of the Year 2005:
Practical Photography Magazine UK awarded Claire the ‘Photographer of the Year’ title in October 2005 after 3 rounds and a series of themes that had to interpreted into pictures. Claire finally won the title with a series of images interpreting the theme ‘Age’.
